Resiliency & Performance
Pre-Deployment & Mid-Deployment: The WMT Resiliency & Performance toolkit provides mental
optimization techniques to increase focus and clarity for improved performance and sustained mental
resiliency, especially critical during long deployments and repeat, high-tempo deployment cycles.
Warriors are trained to develop a clear, focused and grounded attention to achieve mission success.
Warriors are also taught how to disengage for optimal rest and recovery in between missions.

Decompression & Reintegration
Post-Deployment: The WMT Decompression & Reintegration toolkit, designed by veterans
for veterans, enables an effective reintegration back into family and civilian life upon returning
CONUS. The WMT Decompression & Reintegration techniques ease the stresses of a changing daily
reality and act as safety stops during that critical re-entry period. The mission: Take the war
to the enemy, but leave the battle on the battlefield. By combining ancient mind focusing techniques
with the healing properties of music, warriors can learn to re-strengthen and re-forge their minds.

WMT Web Classes
This is a 4-week series of live, online WMT "Basic Training" classes that covers the WMT Deep Listening™
technique and the WMT Battleproofing Toolkit™. It is designed for service members in remote locations,
such as National Guard and Reserve warriors or deployed service members overseas, who cannot attend on-site
classes in person. We run the 4-week series each month.

Elite Warriors
With WMT techniques, elite warriors in the US military can
learn how to strengthen and forge their minds into their most
powerful – and most reliable – weapon. In addition
to weekly Resiliency classes at NAB Coronado, WMT training also
includes a class for Navy SEAL BUD/S classes just prior to entering
the intensive Hell Week phase of their qualification. In this
class, Navy SEAL candidates are taught key mental conditioning
skills to improve performance under fire and promote mental
resiliency during prolonged, high-intensity psychological trials.
WMT has provided this specialized training to Fort Bragg's fighting elite,
including Special Forces units, members of Psychological Operations,
and soldiers undergoing the rigors of the Special Forces
Qualification Course (Q-Course), as well as to the Camp Lejeune's
Marine Special Operations School (MSOS) during their Instructor Development Course (IDC).

Leadership
For Officers and Senior NCOs – Developing a successful, effective team requires strong minds in
its key leadership positions. Explore the role that mind training plays in the cultivation of effective
leadership qualities, building team cohesion, developing team members to their fullest, and architecting
mission success, both collectively and individually.

PTSD, TBI & Combat Operational Stress
Due to the alarming increase in the number of cases of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and suicide or attempted suicide in our returning Veterans population, we have developed specialized WMT classes for combat-related decompression. In these classes, techniques are taught that allow warriors to reintegrate with self, family and society; to leave the battle on the battlefield; and to earn the peace for which they have so honorably paid the price.
WMT has provided this training to the Warrior Transition
Battalion (WTB) of Womack Army Medical Center at Fort Bragg
and at Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune (NHCL) in North Carolina.
Warrior Mind Training has been incorporated as an intervention
technique in NHCL's "Back on Track" program for returning
warriors diagnosed with PTSD and Combat Operational Stress,
in the mTBI/Concussion Skills Workshop, and in the Outpatient
Crisis Prevention Program. WMT continues to train service
members with PTSD and TBI at the Warrior Transition Unit
(WTU) at Navy Medical Center San Diego.

Stress & Anger Management
In the WMT Stress & Anger Management classes, techniques
are taught that create a "mental pause" during which a person
can choose to make better decisions about whether or not to
engage in negative or violent behavior. The techniques allow
the service member to break the cycle of habitual reaction-response
to form new and healthier patterns of thought and behavior,
free from anger. WMT has provided these classes at Naval Submarine
Base New London/Groton in conjunction with the Fleet & Family
Support Center (FFSC) Stress, Anger and Communications Skills classes.

OCONUS – Iraq, Afghanistan & Pacific Theater Deployments
We continue to work with our US Armed Forces during their
overseas deployments. We are committed to providing this
valuable training to our men and women in uniform when they
need it the most. Real-time instruction can be continued
overseas via our scheduled web classes and, for one-on-one
training, via video/telephone conferencing, instant
messaging, and other forms of communication. Upon request,
our senior instructors can travel to provide in-person
instruction as needed.

Veterans
WMT has provided training to veterans of all ages and all
disability levels at the Vet Center San Diego, Veterans
Association of San Diego State University (SDSU), and Veterans
Village of San Diego (VVSD). We continue to work with various
VA Medical Centers and Vet Centers to participate in special
events and training opportunities for our veterans community.

Spouses & Adult Family Members
Upon request, we work with Morale, Welfare and Recreation
(MWR), Family Readiness Groups (FRG), and the Army and Marine
Corps Community Services (ACCS, MCCS) to participate in
special events and training opportunities designed
specifically for military spouses and adult-aged family
members and friends. Since many of the states of mind
associated with PTSD and Combat Operational Stress can be
"contagious," we will provide mind training instruction to
this special community that supports our troops from inside
the family home.

Train-the-Trainer Certification
For those that meet the prerequisite qualifications, WMT
provides a Trainer Certification Program in order to fulfill
the high demand for class availability. Currently, WMT has
certified over 35 WMT Basic Trainers (Level I). Monthly
and/or quarterly refresher classes can be provided to keep
new trainers up-to-speed with the latest course developments
and provide ongoing instructor training. Annual continuing
education credits are required to maintain a WMT Trainer
certification.
